It was such a gorgeous day today, that I decided to cycle out to the Pencarrow light house. I can see the light house flashing at night from my house.
It took me 20 minutes to cycle to the light house, but it was only when I stopped that I realised how strong the wind was.
It took me 50 minutes to cycle back to the car
park. The track was totally flat, so it was only the shear force of the
wind that was slowing me down. From the light house I cycled a short
distance further along the cost to the ship wreck of the SS Paiaka.
All along the coast there were awesome views of the South Island.
